Live Experience Design & Support
From Audience to Community
Designing the Social Architecture of the Room
An event is just the container. The experience is what goes inside of it.
Whether you’re hosting online, in-person, or hybrid experiences, turning an audience into a connected community requires more than just programming. It demands intentional design of interaction, flow, and environment.
I don’t just produce live events. I design the experience within the container, crafting how people move through space, engage with each other, and form connections—so strangers become collaborators, not just attendees. With my background in program development and implementation, I understand how to structure journeys that foster growth, creativity, and connection.
I also handle the operational backbone—venue, tech, logistics, budget, and coordination—so you can focus on content, facilitation, and presence.
What We Build Together
I handle the full production architecture—from the first invitation to the final follow-up.
Production & Logistics:
From venue sourcing to speaker contracts, tech setup to on-site coordination. I manage the moving parts so nothing falls through the cracks.Experience Activation:
Designing the engagement flow—before, during, and after. Turning one-time participants into long-term neighbors.Narrative Infrastructure:
Every event produces assets—recordings, clips, transcripts, photos. I ensure the work you do in the room lives on in your marketing funnel.Iteration & Analysis:
Post-event isn’t the end. We review attendance, feedback, and ROI to refine the experience for the next round.
Every engagement includes a Kick-Off Session, a Venue Review/Site Visit, a clear Task Hand-Off Plan, and a Post-Event Analysis or Report.

"I have a community. I need support running the experience."
You have the concept and audience. I support execution on the ground or in the virtual space to ensure the experience actually lands. The Scope:
Pre-Event: Kick-off meeting to review your run-of-show, identify friction points, and clarify roles. 2–3 check-ins with your team, vendors, or speakers to ensure everything is on track. Finalization of the run-of-show document.
