Kick-Off Call (90 min) — A deep dive to align on your vision, goals, and immediate priorities. We review and prioritize your top 3 "off your plate" items.

The Haus Rule — If we run out of strategic tasks, we move to execution. If we run out of execution tasks, we pause. We never fill time just to fill time — we only move what serves the vision.

Weekly Pulse Check — Weekly updates plus a strategic 1-hour call to celebrate wins, surface challenges, and flag anything that needs your sign-off — so you stay connected to the pulse of your business without living in the weeds.

Unlimited Async Support — Direct access via email, client portal, or your preferred platform during business hours for quick questions, approvals, and ad-hoc needs.

Daily Hands-On Execution — Consistent, proactive work keeping operations running while you focus on the bigger picture.

Flexible Execution — Customized month to month across three areas of the foundation:

  • The Haus (Systems & Operations) — inbox zero setup and maintenance, CRM and systems management, tool audits, SOP creation, workflow automation, ongoing operational support

  • The Vision (Project & Team Management) — project planning and tracking, task delegation, team coordination, onboarding support, KPI tracking, keeping priorities aligned with business goals

  • The Community (Audience & Engagement) — inbox and comment oversight, community moderation strategy, engagement tracking, liaison with support teams, escalation handling, deepening audience relationships

Legacy Building — As we clear your backlog, I document workflows and build SOPs so these tasks stay off your plate for good. The goal isn't to keep you dependent on me — it's a foundation that holds even when I'm not in the room.

Booking fall + Q4 — taking new Off Your Plate clients for September starts, and open for creative projects through the end of the year.
