Project Goal: Develop a launch management plan, transforming an initial voice memo brief into an execution-ready strategy for a lead magnet funnel launch.
My Role: Built the project proposal, ClickUp board, budget estimate, and communication guidelines for a mock lead magnet funnel launch.
Results & Highlights: Designed a 3-week sprint for a 4-person team and delivered a 10-minute stakeholder handoff with a comprehensive proposal document.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Project Goal: Developed a comprehensive application process for hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA), applied team management problem-solving strategies, and evaluated effective onboarding and offboarding procedures
My Role: I designed a clear and structured job application, responded to and facilitated common team management scenarios, and demonstrated best practices in recruitment and team coordination.
Results & Highlights: Demonstrated readiness to manage remote teams, implemented clear onboarding and offboarding frameworks, and applied effective communication and conflict-resolution strategies in simulated scenarios.
Systems Management
Project Goal: Develop a system for standardized onboarding process for an online business.
My Role: I built an Onboarding Hub on Airtable that centralizes everything a creative team needs to get new hires up to speed—processes, assets, contacts, and a checklist—all in one tidy workspace.
Results & Highlights: Accelerated onboarding flow, allowing creatives to dive into projects sooner.
